Use your technical skills to mitigate security risks and ensure IT systems continuity

As the successful candidate, you will assume responsibility for the management and continuity of Guerrilla’s core infrastructure with a strong emphasis on hands-on information security risk mitigation. You will be part of an experienced IT team providing a wide array of technical solutions to facilitate the studio’s creative workflow.

What you will do

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with your IT colleagues, contribute to overall infrastructure related IT projects and provide ideas and suggestions.
  • Follow up on vulnerability assessments by formulating and executing mitigation plans.
  • Managing proactive security hardening, operating system upgrades and vulnerability patching of the organization's networks and infrastructure.
  • Carry out prerequisite technical compliance checks for new and existing outsourcing vendors and third parties.
  • Be the liaison between our web developer and host to ensure external websites are passing pen-tests.
  • Work closely with Sony’s InfoSec team and internal IT team to ensure global and local information security policy is adhered to and effective.

Who you are

  • You have at least a relevant HBO level degree;
  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience working within an IT technical arena with 2 plus years of information security work experience;
  • You have knowledge of security technology and risk assessment methodologies, policies and processes;
  • You are comfortable administering Microsoft and Linux servers;
  • You have experience with vulnerability scanning, patching, antivirus and endpoint management systems (Quest Kace, SCCM, Qualys);
  • You have knowledge of encryption techniques, SSL certificates and best practice;
  • You have general knowledge of next-generation firewall systems;
  • You have excellent planning, analytical and organisation skills;
  • You have strong English communication skills, written and oral;
  • You have the integrity and reliability to handle sensitive data and issues;
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and multi-task effectively;
  • Professional certifications within the field of Information Security are a plus (SSCP, CISSP, OSCP, CEH etc.).
