  • Managing the event calendar and booking system
  • Manage Health and Safety and Legal compliance within area of responsibility
  • Oversee the Technical Operations of all gaming equipment including software updates, patches and general maintenance.
  • Create plans to restart and organize regular streaming broadcasts.

Experience

  • Managing and implementing management POS platforms
  • Great customer service experience and mind set
  • Excellent knowledge of PC building and modding
  • Excellent knowledge of LAN Networking and configuration
  • Excellent knowledge of competitive gaming and online connectivity/configuration
