We are seeking a dynamic, community-savvy, and execution-oriented Marketing Executive from Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in localizing and executing marketing strategies, building community engagement, and driving visibility for Gosu products in the Bangladesh gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our gaming events, platforms, and content, tailored specifically for the Bangladesh market
Develop and execute 360 marketing plans for Gosu platforms and products, including GosuGamers, GosuBattles, GosuAnime, GosuEntertainment and all other company’s products & content IPs
Take ownership of localizing media assets and content to ensure maximum relevance and reach
Build and lead collaborations with Bangladeshi gaming communities, streamers, influencers, and local esports organizations
Initiate and drive partnerships with Bangladesh-based representatives of game publishers
Manage and grow community engagement across platforms like Discord, Facebook groups, Instagram, and YouTube
Collect, analyze, and present performance reports and community insights to guide future campaigns.

Requirements

Based in Bangladesh
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications, business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, esports, or youth-focused brands
Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi gaming scene (mobile and PC), with deep ties to key communities and influencers
Excellent written and verbal communication in Bangla and English
A good understanding of media, social media, gaming and esports landscape
Able to create PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva for presentation and conduct presentations
A self-starter, keen learner, good communicator, and independent team player who can multi-task and work under pressure to deliver results
Able to meet tight deadlines and flexible to adapt to changes
Meticulous and with a keen eye for detail
Proven track record of executing or promoting gaming events, tournaments, or community activations
