Job Description

GGLeagues is looking for a full time sales associate. Come join our growing team and build a career with us in the esports industry!

GGLeagues is a recreational esports platform and our sales team are at the forefront of what we do. As a lover of gaming and esports, you will be at the ground level finding new partners for GGLeagues, talking to customers, and developing sales strategy. This requires a love for sales and people, organization, and the flexibility to deal with the challenges of a startup environment.

The most important characteristic of Sales Managers is that they love interacting with people and sharing about what we are doing here at GGLeagues. GGLeagues is platform that helps bring recreational esports to new communities, allowing players of all skills to compete in the games that they love. We want our sales managers to be passionate about esports and about building a better future for esports.

As a Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Sales calls with new partners
  • Follow up on questions, documentation, and other steps through the sales process
  • Develop new methods and strategies for reaching customers and partners
  • Meeting with the CEO or COO on how to recruit more teams into GGLeagues
  • Brainstorming with fellow team members on ideas to make GGLeagues better
  • Develop new partner/customer lists
  • Beating down the CEO in a few Super Smash Bro matches

  • Personable: Enjoys working with people and on teams

You might also have:

  • Previous experience working in sales
  • Experience working in the esports industry
