We are in the lookout for an incredible Esports expert, a versatile commercial/esports operations/tournament platform person, who loves gaming, understands the tournament’s platform technology and is looking to take the next step in their career.
We need you to come in and help us sell our tournament platform, execute, and deliver tournaments and events, manage client relationships, and ensure all our programmes are delivered impeccably.
Your primary focus will be to:
- Help us create new business opportunities and develop strategies as an esports subject matter expert, by helping with the creation and organization of crucial project collateral, RFPs, proposals, and other sales presentation material
- Work with the Head of Esports and Competitive Gaming to come up with the most appealing propositions
- Interface directly with clients to develop Gfinity’s business interests, establish client goals, define project scopes, and simultaneously manage the esports portions of their programmes ensuring that all activity aligns with their objectives
- Assist with all aspects of Gfinity’s tournament planning, including preparing budgets based on the project’s scope of work and resource requirements, keeping production on time and within budget, conceptualizing, designing, pre-planning, and executing within the detailed project schedules and work plans
- Partner with Gfinity’s internal Tech and Product teams to design and build our proprietary esports tournament platform and community tournament solution
- Deliver best-in-class live and online esports competitions, utilizing a small operations team and a group of freelancers to create memorable tournament experiences for players, fans, as well as our clients and partners
Our goal is to provide our clients and partners with authentic, best-in-class esports competitions and community options, leveraging Gfinity’s proprietary esports platform.
The Gfinity Esports Platform is purpose-built to provide a turn-key competition and community solution, designed with enterprise security and scalability in mind.
You must have a proven track record in esports tournament operations – working with an esports tournament platform, event and tournament planning, business development, client relationship management, budgeting, and problem-solving.
