We are looking for a Senior Art Producer, highly motivated and organized to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the art pipeline for games. He or she will work closely with the Art Lead, organizing, scheduling and coordinating the art department on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely project management information to all stakeholders to inform decision making.
• Work directly with the Art Director to supervise the entire art team.
• Identify outsourcing needs and oversee outsourcing efforts.
• Manage and coordinate art efforts across multiple projects, supporting Project Producers and the art team.
• Ensure alignment on scope, dependencies, and deliverables and deliver products on time and on budget.
• Effectively report on project status to senior leadership, identifying blockers and challenges and drive paths to resolution.
• Help lead and rally your team, mediate conflict and contribute to overall studio culture.
• Assign tasks in project tracking software.
• Work with the team to ensure clear definition, prioritization and communication of goals.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document team meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as producer
• Track record of producing Mobile games.
• Strong understanding\knowledge of art pipeline
• Experience working on 20+ member teams.
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies including Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficient user of Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office.
