Job Description

  • Work closely with senior management and other internal stakeholders in charting strategies for the games business in the India market.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new business expansion opportunities and design the go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive/support operations for the existing business in India.
  • Implement the strategic initiatives and take end-to-end responsibilities on the project assigned
  • Assist local partnership negotiations and build relevant networks to support business expansion

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business Management or equivalent. MBA from a reputable business school a plus
  • Working experience in the strategy consulting firm is a plus.
  • Passion for games with market knowledge of India
  • Familiar with at least one game genre
  • Understanding of India's marketing and channel networks, content development and community management is a plus
  • Results-driven, resourceful, hands-on and able to deliver
  • Strong communication and coordination skills internally and externally
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Hindi
