We are looking for a QA Associate to join our troops!

This role will be helping us with the mission of making sure that we are offering to our players the best experiences on Free Fire!

Our ideal candidate will be able to amaze and amuse our community by planning and acting on QA projects

Responsibilities

• Estimate, prioritize and perform testing activities.
• Reporting and maintaining test cases.
• Develop and apply testing processes.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Manage priorities of bugs and create QA reports
• Make sure we are always able to cover a complete set of cases in different scenarios when a test request is received.
• Able to evaluate, troubleshoot and test the game repeatedly in search of bugs and errors
• Simulate as an end user and seek the problems they may encounter
• Report encountered bugs in the bug database in accordance with all requirements and pre-defined standards
• Keep a track of issues reported by yourself and the assigned feature team(s) and maintain the bug database in an ideal form
• Keep communication between client support and product team in order to collect end users' feedback, reproduce the issues and report
• Keep communication between external teams and internal teams, ensuring scope and demand are being fulfilled and met.
• Knowledge on Brazilian or Latin-American Anti-Cheat Scenarios.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in software quality assurance, have used testing tools and methodologies.
• Understand the particularities of mobile device testing.
• Passionate about Games
• Native speaker and excellent writing skills in Portuguese is required
• Working proficiency in English is required
• Strong passion towards games and the gaming industry is required
• Strong knowledge of gaming platforms and Mobile store (iOS, Android)
• Have strong communication skill and team spirit
• Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• QA experience on internet industry is a bonus
