Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the games business to understand their requirements and recruitment needs
- Actively search for top-tier passive candidates to build a strong network of talent pool
- Connect and engage with qualified candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for key positions in our Games business through various channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all vacancies within the business
- Explore new working relationships with recruitment agencies and manage the negotiation of Recruitment Service agreements, in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum a Degree from a recognized university
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting in an agency or commercial setting
- Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
- Demonstrated exceptional communication competency, both oral and written
- Passionate about recruitment, people, culture, and service
- Ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders
- An interest in the gaming business will be advantageous
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Willing to relocate to our Shanghai Developement Center
