Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the games business to understand their requirements and recruitment needs
  • Actively search for top-tier passive candidates to build a strong network of talent pool
  • Connect and engage with qualified candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for key positions in our Games business through various channels
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all vacancies within the business
  • Explore new working relationships with recruitment agencies and manage the negotiation of Recruitment Service agreements, in compliance with company standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Degree from a recognized university
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting in an agency or commercial setting
  • Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication competency, both oral and written
  • Passionate about recruitment, people, culture, and service
  • Ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders
  • An interest in the gaming business will be advantageous
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Willing to relocate to our Shanghai Developement Center
