Garena is looking for a Clip Content Producer who is passionate about our games and community and would like to deliver the best material and experience to our community.

This role will have the mission of developing high quality content, alongside our internal teams! Our ideal candidate will be able to help the whole team reach the goal of making our players and streamers have the best experience with Booyah!

Responsibilities

• Provide new inputs and ideas of content for our products in alignment with our branding strategy
• Devise unique, creative ideas for new video features, content and enhancements that advance objectives and strategic plan
• Supervise the production of clip editors on a day to day basis, ensure deadlines are met
• Evaluate each category’s clip content performance, improve the content direction and quality of clips
• Capture the trend in and out BOOYAH app to provide suggestions for content creation
• Source, onboard and manage new clip talents to scale up content production
• Work closely with both in-house and outsourced video editors to create excellent in-product clip flow

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years working experience in Internet-related areas
• Proficient in English
• Familiar with Brasil’s culture, customs, and trend in the clip content
• Great communication skills, teamwork spirit and responsible in task delivery
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage short and long term projects
• Creative in new ideas and sensitive to social entertainment hot spots
• Passionate about the gaming/ short video industry
• Heavy user of video creating platforms or an internet geek is a plus
