We are searching for a highly passionate Artistic Director to join our global creative team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our live events are artistically cohesive with the message and objectives set for the project and the consistency of the various assets produced.

The Artistic Director will work collaboratively with other discipline leads like Art, Narrative, Audio, Branding, Production, and third-party vendors to bring engaging and unique Live-events experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

  • Work together with the Art Director, Audio producers, and Writers and following a product/campaign strategy helping the teams to develop the overall look/style, Opening Ceremony, moments of public engagement, and Pro-player awards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stage designers, choreographers, artistic producers, light designers, and other related teams;
  • Together with the team, determine which photographs, art, print, or other visual design elements to use;
  • Work side by side with Event producers to make the audiovisual experiences that were planned real;
  • Finding the right partners (outsourcing), artists, and freelancers facilitating the creative alignment between our team;
  • Create and maintain art schedules of delivery, aligning with other team leaders;
  • Research market references and innovative technologies to surprise our players;
  • Help the staff during the projects and encouraging feedback, team discussions, and foster an environment of safe and productive iteration;
  • Support the team to constantly evolve in their career through training, mentorship, and personal growth;

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Live-events and artistic productions;
  • Availability to travel internationally during the year;
  • Proven experience leading/mentoring teams and individuals. Growth minded and motivated towards teaching, enabling, and coaching other professionals;
  • Extraordinarily collaborative and who likes to work with professionals of different styles;
  • Ability to solve problems with excellent follow-through;
  • A portfolio that backs up your ability to set a marketable artistic vision;
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
