• Should be 10+ Years of Experience
• Should have technical knowledge for integrating assets in Unity and helping team members achieve that too
• Should have lead teams
• Worked from scratch on projects
• Provides direction to artists
• Good Documentation skills, with regards to Art Design Documents and flow
