As the Production Coordinator – Game Dev, you'll seize a unique opportunity to support our development teams. Working with a variety of team members and leaders, you will be proactively organizing and coordinating on our MMO game projects and pipeline. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic team member to contribute to assist our teams in achieving gamigo’s goals!
Your Quests
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to our development teams and Game Development Management
- Assist leads and producers in developing and maintaining personnel pipelines including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding training
- Facilitate communication across teams
- Maintain administrative development schedules and track tasks and progress to meet milestones and deadlines
- Assist assigned production staff in any tasks they need to run their feature/discipline teams effectively
- Maintain high information flow across different disciplines and production
- Handle interdepartmental communication related to administrative or personnel-related initiatives on behalf of development teams
- Help make our games better by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Your Gear
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in Game Development and/or Game Development Personnel Recruiting;
- Minimum of 1 years of sourcing and interview experience with the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Communication skills with both large groups and individuals, with excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies
- Keeps cool under high pressure situations—positive attitude and demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to focus and execute the tasks assigned
- Up to date regarding current events in the game industry
- Passion for creating and playing games
