GameWorks is currently seeking an eSports Attendant!

Do you love checking out new video games and have passion for sharing the ins and outs of those games? Do you stay up to date on the latest ones? This may be the perfect job for you! Even if you don't have a lot of experience playing the games but can't wait to share with friends and family about the latest and greatest, we want to talk to you!

eSports Attendant/Server

Ideally you are someone with a strong guest service experience and an eye for detail ensuring every guest is tended to immediately and are influential by nature with a passion for video games.

• In this role, we need you to understand video games and the varying kinds of communities that we work with.
• Be able to talk to guests about these new games, tournaments, and formats.
• Stay on top of all the new and crazy things come out all the time.
• We want you to have knowledge of things that are upcoming and have a good presence on social media.
• Must have knowledge of PCs and Gaming Systems (you'll be setting up users to play on the various systems).
• All candidates will be expected to familiarize themselves with alcohol and health laws & codes.

Transparency is key, so we want you know this ahead of time...

While performing the duties of this position, you will be required to:

• Work 4 day shifts during the week and weekends, as the business demands.
• Work in noisy environment with distracting conditions, in dark and bright conditions.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Walk throughout the venue throughout duration of scheduled shift.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
