What you need to succeed
- Good understanding of Desktop / Laptop environment (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10).
- Good to have troubleshooting experience for Linux & Ubuntu OS
- Good knowledge of Operating System and basic system administration skills,
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
- Install and update OS patch, Application software, utility software, internet browsers etc.
- Good knowledge on user data backup and Antivirus software.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting basic Networking issues. Hardware Issues (Desktop, Laptop, Printer.
- Resolve / Coordinate with Suppliers/ AMC vendor for resolution
- Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problem
