The cloud team standardizes designs and processes related to public cloud infrastructure for all of Gameloft.
As an IT business analyst, you will play a leading role in defining and documenting the operational processes of the cloud portfolio. You will need to understand the business/technical vision and the objectives being pursued. In addition to collecting and documenting the procedures, you will have to communicate them in a language appropriate to the audiences concerned. In collaboration with the various members of the cloud team, you will actively participate in the definition of FinOps practices. You will also provide support for related governance activities in line with the team’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with different parties in order to obtain the requirements for all targeted reports
- Analyzing needs and objectives
- Continually generating and presenting financial analyses of public cloud computing spending for customers and Gameloft management
- As part of your learning plan, it is expected that you get certified as an AWS Cloud Practitioner during your first 3 months
- Defining a creation and/or transition strategy for each report targeted
- Defining action and execution plans
- Contributing to the execution of plans
- Providing advancement reports on a regular basis
- Collecting and documenting processes
- Leading the collection of business and/or technical processes
- Evaluating the impacts related to operational processes
- Challenging/negotiating/validating processes when appropriate
- Developing and maintaining solid business relationships
- Ensuring the representation of main stakeholders
- Obtaining formal approvals when required
- Acting as an agent of change
- Contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes, given the evolution of best practices

Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, accounting, computer science or a related field
- Experience in budget management or IT financial planning
- Knowledge of ABC (activity-based costing)
- Ability to work in an ever-changing computing environment with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to communicate technical terminology in non-technical language and vice versa
