Job Description

If you join our studio as an intern in the HR department, you would contribute to the team's efforts with the following responsibilities:

Supports the team in the recruitment process – prescreening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, giving feedback, etc.
Actively participates in external and internal employer branding activities
Support the team in establishing the social media profiles of the studio (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Contributes to the planning, creation and editing of content for the social media accounts of Gameloft Sofia
Induction & mentoring program overseeing
Participates in the planning and organizing of Internal company events planning and organizing
Engagement and satisfaction initiatives support
Reporting
Local and global projects support

Qualifications

We, at Gameloft Sofia HR Team, are looking for a teammate who has:

Previous internship experience in the HR field will be considered a plus
Degree in Economics, Psychology, HR Management or relevant
Very good command of English – written and spoken
Experience in video editing and content creation will be considered a plus
Excellence in MS office – mainly Word and Excel
Energy to learn
Self-driven and highly organized personality
Interest in video games (mobile/PC/Console) will be considered a plus
