Job Description
We’re offering an exciting internship opportunity for someone eager to learn how games are built, tested, and shipped. As a Build and Automation Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to help streamline our development processes and support the delivery of amazing games.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in maintaining and improving tools used for building and testing our games
Learn how to automate repetitive tasks in the release process to help the team save time and reduce errors
Help monitor and troubleshoot build pipelines and learn how to report issues effectively
Collaborate with experienced developers from the Engine and Game teams to understand their needs and workflows
Learn and contribute to the documentation of tools, workflows, and best practices
What You’ll Learn:
Basics of Continuous Integration (CI) and how we use automation tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins
How scripting languages (like Python or Lua) help us automate tasks
How version control systems (like Git or SVN) are used in large projects
Exposure to multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) and how we build games across them
Real-world practices in teamwork, communication, and agile development
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Interest in software engineering, DevOps, or game development infrastructure
Basic knowledge of any scripting language (Python, Bash, Lua etc.)
Understanding of how software projects are organized (bonus if you’ve worked with Git)
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
