The Paris Studio is our new Gameloft Paris team dedicated to creating innovative cross-platform high-end games.
We are currently working on a brand new title set in a casual and fun PVP environment!
Your mission: As Game Economy Designer for the Paris Studio, you will be responsible for the design of the economy in our upcoming games, which goes from balancing the progression and the meta-game, to the monetization aspects.
Job Description
What you'll do on a daily basis:
Work across all of our projects to make sure the game economies are well-tuned.
Make sure that the features that drive player’s progression are well-balanced, in order to achieve our objectives, both in terms of retention and monetization.
Share insights and feedbacks with other game economy specialists within Gameloft.
Who you'll interact with:
We are a human-sized team so you will get to interact with everyone in the studio, from the design team, to the game programmers and artists.
You will report to our Lead Designer, Adrien.
Qualifications
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of experience in the F2P and/or AAA video-game industry.
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the F2P market
You have worked on projects released on Console, PC and/or cross-platforms.
You are at ease with production tools and software (particularly Excel) and prototyping (Unity).
And above all have a passion for what you do!
