CSR Project Assistant - Internship

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

Your main mission will be to ensure the operational deployment of the CSR program 'Play the Good Game', covering Gameloft's three pillars: environmental, societal, and social, while promoting CSR culture across teams

What it means on a daily basis

Operational Deployment:

  • Support the operational rool-out of Gameloft’s CSR strategy and ensure rigorous follow-up (e.g. Green Game Jam, carbon footprint reduction, etc.)
  • Develop and coordinate operational tools (guidelines, training materials, awareness campaigns)
  • Conduct benchmarks to identify CSR best practices within the gaming industry and monitor CSR-related regulations and industry developments (standards, initiatives, news)

Internal Engagement & Communication

  • Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives (CSR Days, green activations, etc.)
  • Animate the CSR ambassador network within the studios
  • Support collective CSR actions and coordinate with internal teams
  • Work closely with the communication team to promote CSR initiatives internally

You will assist our Corporate & CSR Communications Manager and work together with the rest of the communication

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and well-organized, with the ability to suggest and implement actionable initiatives
  • Strong team spirit and ability to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Master’s degree with a specialization or first experience in CSR, sustainable development, or project management
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and foster engagement
  • Fluent English mandatory.
