Job Description
Gameloft Barcelona is working on a new exciting IP that features a broad range of console quality 3D characters from a world famous IP. Your role as 3D Marketing Artist will be creating high quality artworks of our in-game character assets. Your artwork will be used within our games, and for promotional material. We require an artist that can make visually appealing images that capture our character’s identities through 3D lighting and rendering.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Able to produce original graphic compositions (framing, camera angles, etc.)
- Prior experience as a concept artist or graphic designer would be ideal
- Knowledge of 3D (camera manipulation, modeling, texturing, and lighting)
- Ability to take graphical initiative
- Able to adapt quickly
- Proactive and able to work independently
- High level of English
- Able to work to a deadline
Details
- Portfolio of mixed 3D and 2D artworks showing your talent
- Experience with 3D rendering or a realtime rendering engine to aid in creating your artwork
- Some experience manipulating pre-existing 3D character models would be beneficial
- Ability to visually assess the look of 3d artwork in our engine, improving and replicating its appearance in your own artwork
