G FUEL is looking for a talented, highly organized and detail oriented self-starter to join our product development and design team. Job responsibilities include:

  • Onboard new employees and review their documents
  • Organize and maintain employee files in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information strictly confidential
  • Review employee files and execute disciplinary action
  • Provide payroll information by collecting appropriate documents and work closely with the finance department
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general employee populations questions while ensuring a timely reply to all inquiries
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook and contribute to the development of policies
  • Assist in a variety of general administrative tasks within the finance department

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in Human Resources or related field is desired
  • Database experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask to meet various deadlines
  • Must provide own transportation to/from work
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
