As Supply Chain Manager at Fnatic, you will ensure our inventory and order fulfilment is constantly optimised for cost and time efficiency. You will be a vital interface with other teams within Fnatic, ensuring our supply chain is able to support the successful achievement of our product goals. You’ll need manage a multitude of systems and analyse a range of data sets, constantly looking for ways to increase efficiencies and deal with issues proactively.

Your Mission Is To

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and fulfilment partners, proactively identifying and removing bottlenecks from the supply chain
  • Manage product distribution end-to-end, from packaging, storing, and handling of products in transit to the end-user
  • Build and manage efficient global distribution and inventory infrastructure, working closely with Finance
  • Coordinate with third party logistics (3PLs) providers
  • Continually review and scope supply chain solutions for both direct and channel sales to optimise delivery speed, costs and especially customer experience
  • Generate insights on shipping/COGS/inventory levels/warehouse stock, and provide associated reports
  • Scope solutions for new markets as required
  • Manage official documentation requirements including shipping and customs handling
  • Administer ERP and Freight Rate Management Systems (DHL, SD and other carriers)
  • Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to optimise inventory holdings
  • Manage supplier payments
  • Ensure effective dispatch of goods and warehouse transfers, overseeing rate management and tracking for different freight methods
  • Work closely with Customer Support to understand impact of any supply chain issues on customers
  • Maintain awareness of potential fraud within supply chain and flag inconsistencies
  • Manage barcode and SKU creation on multiple platforms, with the support of the Logistics & SCM Assistant

We're looking for:

  • Extensive Supply Chain experience, ideally in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce business
  • Expert user of Supply Chain Management and associated systems (we use Linnworks ERP, Tableau and Shopify)
  • Methodical with high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong analysis skills and competent to advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proactivity and mind for seeking ways to automate manual processes
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands on time
  • Inventory demand forecasting experience desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
