Job Description:

The Digital Communication Manager will be responsible to oversee the Digital Communication strategy for the company. Be a strong contributor to the marketing team; help develop the marketing communication and media strategies; and ensure that the strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way, in order to fulfill the goals of FirstBlood.

The role of Digital Communication Manager is to strengthen FirstBlood and its competitive position, lead strategies and develop impactful, relevant, and unique executions that help to convey clear brand identity and make optimal use of all digital media.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Devising and executing strategies to drive traffic and user growth to the FirstBlood platform
  • Managing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

Qualifications

  • First Hand Gaming/Esports knowledge, either worked in the space or a professional player
  • 2-4 years of marketing work experience
  • Social Media Management Tool Experience
  • Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Data-driven decision making
