Job Description

FirstBlood is seeking for a Business Development Specialist who will be helping the Business Development team in Latin America. You will report directly to the Director of Latam and frequently work together with the Marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying key opportunities for growth in the esports industry and liaising with the team to develop those opportunities.
  • Assisting to grow and maintain existing LATAM relationships.
  • Onboard and support new partners, influencers, and tournament organizers.
  • Assist in the development of pricing, proposals, and market strategies
  • Maintain our influencer partner program.
  • Assist Director of Latam with sales tasks.
  • Research and generate monthly reports on potential opportunities as well as threats in the market.

Must-Have(s):

  • Located in Latin America

Bonus points:

  • Proficient in Portuguese.

Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management or partnerships,
  • Proficient in English
  • Understanding of the gaming landscape in LATAM
  • Experience with CRM Tools
