To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a highly motivated and flexible person as an eFootball Competitions and Events Manager, 100%

Your duties

  • Developing and implementing FIFA’s global eFootball initiatives
  • Planning and producing of FIFA’s eFootball competitions
  • Coordinating all relevant qualification and competition arms, and managing the comprehensive player management program
  • Managing FIFA’s eFootball affiliation program, including players, teams, commercial affiliates and other stakeholders
  • Delivering all sponsor activations for FIFA’s eFootball competitions
  • Supporting the team on strategic projects and administrational duties

Our requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree
  • Master of Arts or Science degree in marketing, business administration or similar, or any interdisciplinary further education a plus
  • Minimum of three to five years’ professional experience in eSports, high class sports competitions or entertainment properties
  • Ideally experience in producing eSports events, managing eSports competitions and their teams, as well as players
  • Proven track record in sponsor activations and rights delivery
  • Proven track record in event promotion, public relations and media operations
  • Excellent English, any other language a plus
  • Team player attitude with strong relationship management skills
  • High level of motivation and willingness to commit to a project, even under difficult circumstances and with tight deadlines
  • High degree of flexibility and stress resilience
  • Accurate and well-organised working style
  • Willingness to travel, work extra hours and on weekends occasionally
