Permanent, Full-Time

PURPOSE

Enhance company social media presence (Fierce PC and Fierce Esports), including interacting with customers and promoting brand-focused content. Work with managers and marketing team to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising and sponsorship.

DUTIES

  • Create social media campaigns, including budget allocation, content and scheduling
  • Create and manage social media paid promotion and PPC campaigns as required
  • Collect customer/follower data and analyse to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Increase presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest potential improvements or changes in social media strategy, products, or services
  • Create and distribute engaging, creative, innovative content in the form of blog content, and regularly scheduled social media posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Audit and analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Present weekly reports to managers and other departments as required
  • General office and other reasonable duties, as required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in marketing, social media or other relevant subject, or relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
  • Copywriting and content creation
  • Public relations and brand marketing experience
  • Proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Esports is desirable
