Felician University is presently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced eSports professional to supervise all aspects of the new eSports program, including instruction, coaching, recruiting, managing and directing the program.

Required Education:

BA/BS required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of collegiate coaching experience; extensive knowledge of all competitive video games, including but not limited to Overwatch, League of Legends and Fortnite; demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and Central Atlantic Conference (CACC) rules and regulations; ability to work collaboratively with students, assistant coaches and team managers; strong written and verbal communications skills.
