To strengthen our Esports department we are looking for a full-time Senior Content Manager Esports (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Develop and establish a unique content strategy and set new standards for FC Schalke 04 Esports
- Supervise content and product marketing campaigns in cooperation with our marketing team and partners
- Promote engaging and innovative content on all our content channels
- Drive sustained growth of all of our content channels, being across optimisations and channel trends
- Discover new opportunities for content distribution and ways to monetise them
- Production of video content for all national and international S04 Esports channels including data tracking, trend analysis and reporting
- Active community management and communication with fans, followers and partners
- Develop the Schalke 04 Esport brand by implementing our core values into content
- Plan and coordinate content for specific events in cooperation with the Events & Community Team
- Oversee our live content and streaming activity, and maintain commercial relationships with streaming partners
- Monitor and further develop streaming activities of our players (onsite and offsite)
Your profile
- Experienced in dealing with a strong brand and its content development
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and our target audience
- Experienced working with camera and audio equipment
- Good understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry.
- Advanced knowledge about League of Legends
- An eye for new social media and trends
- Good interpersonal skills paired with excellent time and self management
- Motivated to create high quality content and maintain high standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
