FaZe Clan, the largest, most followed eSports and entertainment organization, is searching for a dynamic and experienced UI/ UX Designer who is proactive and organized to join our fast-growing company. The new team member will support several groups, including Content, e-sports and talent. Someone who looks forward to the challenge of revamping the entire experience to truly make a FaZe Clan platform that fans and everyone loves.

What We are Looking For:

• Strong understanding of product design, web, mobile, and service design.
• Expert-level experience in UI/UX design. (Familiar with all the common designer tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe CS, Principle, Invision, etc)
• Ability to present designs to team with credibility, clarity, and confidence.
• Well versed in facilitation techniques that enable groups to build clarity and alignment.
• Understanding of product management and product life-cycles. You’ve led teams building digital projects from scratch before.
• You want to build incredible products with an incredible group of people.
• Experience with responsive web design and CSS is a plus (you will not be expected to code, but should design with a mind for responsiveness and mobile-first principles)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead user experience / product roadmap discussions
• Map out and document existing user experience to ensure a full understanding of current product
• Design user flows, wireframes and new UI’s for web and mobile devices
• Brainstorm and model new features, lead UX redesigns to simplify existing features

Requirements:

• Must be in the Los Angeles area
• Previous experience with SaaS / software platforms
• Gaming industry experience
