We are Fatshark

We are a critically acclaimed Swedish game development studio with about 150 experienced and skilled employees out of Stockholm. We are most well-known for developing the Warhammer: Vermintide franchise, but have also helped develop a number of AAA titles and will soon be launching the highly anticipated game Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

We have grown quite a bit over the last few years but we still embrace the same values that we started with and still think of ourselves like one big family with fun at the center. We are known for our crazy internally designed socks, hackweeks, use Friday afternoons for studio-wide “social play” time and our CEO is not beneath fixing the coffee machine himself. It all adds up to an approachable, fun, passion-driven yet communal environment for us to work in.

The role

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of our online search, web properties, email/CRM and user acquisition campaigns - for all active, and future, games.

You will help build, manage, identify and test new acquisition marketing channels, optimize these channels for ROI, and use creativity and experimentation to drive traffic and improve conversion rates. It’s a big role, but at a smaller company - which means you will need to have an understanding of many pieces of the digital marketing cycle, and how to reach players. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is results driven, able to deal with ambiguity and wants to establish and grow this marketing effort anew. Someone that appreciates the “startup” mentality, and is able to step in, build their own plan for this space, will likely find this role most rewarding.

This role will need to manage a significant marketing budget, work mostly with other marketing disciplines/peers, and report directly to the CMO.

If that type of culture sounds appealing, then read on!
