Lead the Tabletop RPG product team at Fandom and create digital companions for the world's greatest role playing games. Realize our extensive vision for Tabletop gaming— bringing the most convenience, customization, and captivation to the TRPG community we can.

You will have the opportunity to directly shape Fandom's rapidly growing Tabletop RPG digital goods and subscription businesses. Combine the best of video game and 3D technology with the natural human interaction and community aspects of these games to create a magical supplement to the player's imagination and a matchless game experience.

Your responsibilities will include determining product vision, defining the product roadmap and goals, prioritizing projects to deliver the most value to the company as efficiently as possible, and making decisions based on data and metrics. In this role you will lead a team of product managers focused on continuously improving acquisition, engagement, & monetization across the portfolio. You and your team will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from strategy through to launch and support. You will create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners and work closely with engineering teams to reliably deliver high-quality software.

  • Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and goals for all TRPG products, franchises, and features to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop best in class experiences while balancing the need to generate revenue through subscriptions, digital goods, and physical goods
  • Work backward from players, working with the community to understand audience needs
  • Define success: how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals
  • Execute against the roadmap, working closely with engineering, design to consistently communicate the plan of record to stakeholders
  • Implement standard processes and best practices for product development (product requirements, functional specifications, SCRUM, etc.
  • Provide new opportunities for player engagement and monetization through immersive visualization (3d, AR, VR, etc.)
  • Use A/B testing, UX research, and other data, both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions and prioritization

You have…

  • Passion for Role Playing/Tabletop Games
  • 10+ years in product management experience; 4+ years experience heading a product org
  • 5+ years working on large-scale consumer products
  • Track record of building highly effective product teams & culture
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership with ability to lead and influence teams
  • Track record of building new, innovative, and engaging customer experiences that are informed by customer data from various sources
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Excellent quantitative skills, with an ability to run A/B tests, conduct analysis, and draw meaningful insights to guide decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
