Job description:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support ZAM’s agency business in developing, implementing and managing the go-to-market strategies for influencer programs of our gaming clientele. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer that demonstrates exceptional organizational ability and communication skills. As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the gaming influencer market and create influencer programs to recruit key opinion leaders and execute result-driven campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead in collaborating with internal agency teams and the external stakeholders of our clients (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Intelligence, Creative Development, Finance, Community, and Executive Management).
  • Create and manage relationships to build a network of influencers and talent agencies to leverage with our various gaming clientele.
  • Identify and advocate paid and unpaid influencer initiatives that will improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Create influencer and content marketing strategy and campaigns to support overall strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with community and game management teams to establish goals and objectives to achieve KPI’s.
  • Manage budget planning, track budget spending, and align with relevant teams to inform budget status.
  • Communicate and coordinate between teams to align all team members; insure communication between teams are transparent.
  • Project management: monitor status of project from kick-off to post performance review -- check milestones and timeline to make sure on time delivery and conduct consistent post mortem reports.

Experience and Skills Needed:

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, experience managing influencers/streamers and/or communities for gaming brands
  • Business/Marketing degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Experience in brand marketing, gaming communities or marketing operations
  • Skilled in analytical and quantitative thinking with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics
  • Self-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented, fast learner; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units
  • Great teammate with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills including writing and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Avid gamer with experience in PC/console and mobile products a plus
  • Skilled in project management tools, content management systems, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Documents.
