Job Description

As a 3D Artist at Famobi, you know how to model, texture and implement low-poly 3D assets. In this role you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the major focus on creation and integration of 3D content in line with the vision and technology of the project.

If you understand the interactive entertainment industry, are a highly creative individual and are proactive, we will create the greatest HTML5 games around the world. You will be able to take responsibility and shape the business vision around our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define the visual style and overall look of new game(s) and turn your design into final assets.
  • Modelling, texturing and implementing low-poly 3D assets.
  • Collaborating with game producers and other artists and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
  • Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
  • Creating storyboards to visualize scenes and create a realistic environment for movies, games, and other visual effects.

What we expect:

  • College Diploma/Degree in graphic design, 3D, video game development or equivalent training.
  • Strong low-poly 3D art production skills
  • One or more published games that feature your art.
  • Knowledge and experience of processes, pipelines and best practices of game art production.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Capable of concepting ideas and polishing them into final assets.
  • Knowledge of graphical tools, processes and methods to optimise space usage of mobile game art assets.
  • Creativity, ambition and enthusiasm for creating awesomeness!
