At Exploding Kittens the Logistics Team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of supply chain are moving smoothly, from factory consumer. We are seeking to hire a full-time Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics and Inventory Managers in keeping data organized, accurate and up to date. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and is eager to learn all aspects of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Enter, update, verify, research and retrieve data related to sales orders, fulfillment transactions, inventory and shipment status into/from various systems into Google Sheets and other databases
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and confidentiality of all data and information recorded
  • Communicate with warehouse partners regarding any changes in delivery dates to final destinations
  • Prepare documentation, tracing and POD confirmations
  • Serve as the liaison to the Accounting department to ensure that accurate order fulfillment data is presented for bookkeeping
  • Assist Logistics and Inventory Managers with with other daily tasks as needed for the department

WHAT WE NEED:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 plus years’ experience working in a Logistics focused role
  • Detail oriented with extreme attention to numbers and record keeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and a flexible, problem solving attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and GSuite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) programs
