Exploding Kittens is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to join our International Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating communication between first and third party contacts to ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound orders, accurate inventory reporting, and other essential tasks related to maintaining an efficient supply chain for our international operations. Our ideal candidate has over 2 years experience working in a logistics focused role, has experience with ERP implementation and is fluent in both English and Dutch.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Review and process retailer, wholesaler, and ad-hoc orders by coordinating with both the shipping and receiving parties, as well as internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams as needed
  • Ensure inbound freight receiving is on-time and accurate, resolving any errors or issues that may occur
  • Maintain accurate inventory reporting from our 3PL warehouses
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ensure all proper channels are informed
  • Assist International Sales team with other logistic related tasks, as needed

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management, business, or related program
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a logistics, customer service, or warehousing role
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, sumifs, v-lookups, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong language skills in both English and Dutch, both written and verbal
  • Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • ERP knowledge and experience a plus
  • APICS CPIM certification a plus

In the interim, this role will be officially hired by Papaya Concepts, an international contracted partner of Exploding Kittens.
