We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will help to organize and run day-to-day operations of the company.

Core Responsibilities:
- Support the hiring process, helping with the job positions posts, review of resumes, telephone interviews and coordination of the process.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
- Manage payroll, personnel databases and monthly invoices.
- Provide support with creating reports, presentations, scheduling, planning, etc.
- Daily assistance with office management and minor procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel,…).
- Extremely organized with strong prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Degree in Information Management, Business Management, Financial Controlling or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Additional considerations (Pluses):
- Experience in the game industry.
- Familiarity with “The Horus Heresy: Legions” game.
