ESPORTS LAB is a promising esports R&D start-up with main goal of improving esports and changing it from an intuition-based industry to a data-driven industry. We are carrying out scientific studies to better our understanding of performance and expertise in esports to aid esports professional organisations and amateurs.

We expect from you:

• Min. 2 years of professional experience as a UI / UX designer
• Nice & solid portfolio focused on clean, functional interfaces
• Experience in designing complex web applications
• Ability to work closely with users, internal experts, product owners and management
• Proficiency in using tools such as: Figma, Principle (or other tool for prototyping)
• Experience in working directly with customers
• Good communication skills and sens of humor
• Opened head for gain experience from UI/UX
• Gaming & esport as interests will be a plus

Your daily tasks on the job

• Creating clean, effective, UI/UX-driven web and mobile interfaces
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Working and creating libraries of components and design systems
• Determining the best design solutions to meet user needs
• Understanding how users use applications
• Cooperation with business
• Running workshops with users (clients)
• Brand design experience will be a plus
• Contributing to growth of internal product design team
