ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Program Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving Esports Engine’s best practices and core values cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. The Program Operations Manager will provide leadership and direction in the planning, development, and execution of global client programs

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Help drive program design across the entire lifecycle of new and current clients, ensuring that key stakeholders are aligned on program vision, objectives, go-to-market strategies, and timelines
  • Develop a deep understanding of the program’s needs, serving as the ‘leader in charge’ for key decisions around a program’s macro and micro operational planning
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization including, client services, sales, and execution, guiding the teams as we design opportunities, services, and deliverables
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain current business, grow established partnerships, and acquire new customers
  • Attend client meetings as needed to help drive decision making, understanding all client deals, deliverables, deadlines, and scopes of work
  • Navigate and identify risks and monitor potential scope-creep on programs
  • Drive organizational excellence in all projects and clients, helping build and maintain a robust process for internal organization and deployment of materials to ensure clear and concise deliverables are communicated and understood within the team
  • Deliver nuanced, sensitive messaging to clients, addressing challenges strategically and providing favorable solutions
  • Identify new account growth opportunities and partner with Sales to pursue as needed
  • Lead proposal pitch ideation and creation through strong internal partnerships.
  • Ensure client milestones are on track, stay abreast of roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are complete with cross-functional departments

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

  • 3+ years of experience in leading, developing, and managing client relationships
  • 3+ years of product or program management experience
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and oversight in driving key decisions centered around project, program, and client objectives
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues that face a growing organization
  • Demonstrable proficiency in strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Deep understanding and passion for the gaming and esports industry
  • Remarkable technical, organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a drive for results, and seeing a project through from start to finish
  • Commercial awareness and strong budget management / planning skills
