Job Description
The Motion Graphic Designer will work with the ESL UK Creative team based in Leicester. Where they will be responsible for the creation of assets such as; graphics, animation and video content for a diverse range of media including broadcast, web and social media, among others.
Position Summary
ESL UK require a driven experienced individual to join the creative department who has a strong portfolio of graphic design and motion graphics work. This role requires a keen eye for design and an ability to go from concept to completion in a swift timely manner with high quality output. The department works on internal and external projects which will allow a chance to explore creativity and different styles regularly.
Your profile
Must-have:
- 2+ years of design industry experience
- Strong portfolio of graphic design and motion graphics work
- High level of proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
- Ability to work in a fast paced organisation.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and excel in a team environment
- Take briefs from partners to work through concept stage to delivery of final assets in a professional and efficient manner.
Desired:
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and animation techniques
- Knowledge of video production (directing and cinematography)
- Experience using other creative programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, Element 3D
Nice to have:
- A keen interest in gaming or esports.
- Experience of working in a startup.
