What You'll Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing creative marketing campaigns for our key IP’s of Fortnite, Rocket League, Fall Guys and the Epic Games Store. You will develop innovative and sustainable ways to launch a game service and maximize the lifetime value of the players by championing regional strategies specifically targeted to our Korean players.

As a Senior Marketing Manager , you will be capable of operating at the strategic level while also enjoying a hands-on approach to execution. You will also be comfortable operating in a data-driven and fast-paced industry where decision-speed and understanding emerging trends are critical.

In This Role You Will

  • Develop, plan and lead Korean marketing strategy for Fortnite, Rocket League and Fall Guys in Korea.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with HQ and other International teams in bringing world class campaigns to market.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget and ensure KPI goals are met or exceeded. Manage Live Operations Marketing in collaboration with the broader EGK teams.
  • From launching a service to maintain its success, devise and implement the regional strategy with HQ key beats
  • Design and actively manage KPIs of the projects to track return on investment and internalize any new learnings
  • Support the global publishing team with local insights optimizing every project or campaign for engagement, reach and monetization
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders like industry partners, community influencers and various agency

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of f2p PC/Mobile game service operation experience including game publishing.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the f2p PC/Mobile game metrics, ecosystem, industry trends and players in Korea.
  • Capable of devising cutting-edge Go To Market (GTM) strategies backed by insightful market and player analysis
  • Great at tracking KPIs across multiple markets and projects and understand how to interpret information and devise a solid set of appropriate actions
  • Superior influential communication skills, coupled with the ability to develop deep, trust-based relationships
  • Passion for figuring out how game economies work and change
  • Direct experience of local marketing content creation, a plus.
