In this role, you will
Work with the publishing team to develop Go-To-Market plans and execution of all marketing tactics
Devise, drive, and execute strategy that delivers on the global brand vision (of both Fortnite and licensed IP) and the business goals
Work with licensed IP to collaborate on a campaign that includes content creation, communication strategy, co-promotion, and in-game assets
Coordinate with external partners including IP, First Party and hardware partners to maximize marketing impact and reach
Coordinate with cross-functional studio teams (production, design, art, online services, business intelligence) to ensure broad marketing POVs and visibility on all initiatives
Provide insights for optimizing every campaign for reach, engagement, and monetization and ensure optimal allocation of internal resources
Build/maintain relationships with internal teams: executives, game leads, social, community, PR, influencer relations, creative services, video, localization and more
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in video game marketing, including PC, console and mobile gaming; passion for gaming
Experience in working with Licensed IP partners
Background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
Executing a global vision/strategy
Leading cross functional teams on projects
Balancing priorities and internal resources
Presenting plans and discussing strategy with leadership
Working with internal and external creative teams to make static and video assets
Bonus: Live games as service experience
Bonus: Experience in the music industry or with music partnerships
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA & NYC).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$151,231—$252,051 USD
California Base Pay Range
$142,157—$236,928 USD
