What You'll Do

Epic is looking for a digital-first marketer to design and execute amazing Fortnite marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has entertainment industry experience and is driven by the desire to build meaningful connections between gamers and our games. You have experience running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, conducting various analyses, working actively with influencers and agency partners and building strong internal relationships. In This Role You Will

  • Orchestrate publishing activations at the market, region and global level, driving alignment with key stakeholders at Epic HQ to achieve meaningful measurable results
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA to build out region and market level marketing campaigns in support of product beats across the Epic Games portfolio
  • Develop innovative and engaging marketing programs that encompass the entire player experience from attraction to retention
  • Empower decision making through in-depth business cases outlining expected impact, required investment and execution roadmap
  • Cultivate and manage agency and partner relationships at the region and local level across marketing disciplines to support marketing activation planning and execution
  • Analyze the impact of various marketing campaigns and broader publishing efforts on player acquisition, engagement, and the business in general

What We're Looking For

  • Experience crafting and orchestrating marketing programs across many digital touchpoints
  • Strong understanding of how to build brands through the entire player lifecycle
  • Excellent project management skills to drive the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations
  • Able to write strategic briefs to evaluate creative materials and assets based on those briefs
  • Experience using data and insights to guide business recommendations and decisions
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and proactively solving problems across a global organization
  • Relationship builder with strong partner and stakeholder management
  • Proficient written and verbal communication, including the ability to storytell and present strategies and plans
  • Entertainment marketing experience is desirable, including music or TV/movie content
  • Experience working in the EMEA region and native or bilingual in Spanish, French, German, Italian or Arabic a plus.
