In this role, you will

  • Report to the Shared Services Controller based in the U.S., and act as the AR and AP representative, decision maker, and liaison for non-U.S. entities
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Procurement, Sales/Business Development, customers, and vendors globally
  • Provide reporting on metrics and other key performance indicators
  • Help execute on strategic, technological, and other process improvement initiatives
  • Manage AR and AP workflows
  • Manage and execute M&A integrations
  • Ensure consistent processes and controls across various countries, while modifying workflows when needed due to regulatory or statutory requirements in particular countries
  • Assist the AP and AR teams as needed with billing, cash applications, invoice processing and other tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in shared service functions (AR, AP particularly)
  • Understanding of the P2P (Procure to Pay), and O2C (Order to Cash) cycles
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of multinational operations specifically in AR and AP
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficiency with MS Office, and ERP systems
  • SOX experience a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Hands-on, flexible, and a team player able to function in a fast-paced, agile environment
