Super Awesome Junior Programmer:

Envera is looking for a Junior Programmer to help our lead finish our first title: Dragon Feeder. Our candidate is passionate for games and wakes up ever morning fantasing about the players enjoying their work. We also really value a self-inititive attitude. You’ll work with our team to craft and ultimately execute on a vision for fantasy games. We are looking for someone who needs an extra few hours a week. This is a permanent-contract position.
Responsibilities:

• Continue building and refining gameplay mechanics
• Code and adjust webpage data related to the project
• Work closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to ensure a great player experience
• Advise and mentor programmers within your areas of expertise
• Learn on the job and build your own personal library

Requirements:

• Extreme self-motivated passion for making video games
• Has or will graduate in the next 3 months
• Experience with Unity & Unreal Engines
• Experience with various data structures and algorithms
• Must be comfortable working within and adding to an established code framework
• Comfortable knowledge with C++
• Master at PHP, Javascript, and C#
• Effective communication skills with developers of all technical skill levels
