As a part of the Elo Hell Esports Broadcast team, the Production Lead is responsible for the quality of all our online broadcasts that we produce. Your main task is to coordinate with Elo Hell tournament leads, talent managers and clients in order to bring together best-in-class productions. As Production Manager, you will manage both in-game observers and producers, as well as and work closely with other Elo Hell managers to build the perfect team for the unique requirements of every broadcast.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all of Elo Hell’s broadcasts, for both internal events and contracted services
• Ensure Elo Hell productions are appropriately staffed in all necessary positions
• Work with tournament admins to provide entertaining and on-brand coverage of events
• Ensure contractual compliance for broadcast clients, acting as primary point of contact during events
• Troubleshoot issues rapidly in order to keep productions on time and ‘unscuffed’
• Help conceptualize and implement graphics and overlays for unique productions
• Level up Elo Hell broadcasts by implementing new production capabilities
• Coordinate with Elo Hell’s Community Managers to maintain moderation standards
• Interface with Marketing and Social Media to ensure consistent messaging of events

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of all current broadcasting best practices
• Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Overwatch, and at least one other popular esports title
• Deep familiarity with the amateur, semi-pro, and professional Overwatch scene
• Proven experience in coordinating a team to produce successful broadcasts
• Unparalleled mastery of industry standard software such as: OBS, VoiceMeeter, vMix or equivalent industry AV mixing software
