West Coast Remote (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Seattle, Vancouver)

The Challenge Ahead:

The Senior Analyst will be a part of the Studio Data and Insights (SDI) team stationed within the North America Studio Analytics (NASA) team. They will work directly with various studio analytics leads and the central data team to build insights on our portfolio of games. What a Senior Analyst does at EA: You will work with EA’s entire portfolio of games including Apex Legends, Battlefield, FIFA, Madden, Sims, etc. As part of the executive facing team, you will work with other analytics leaders in establishing the best-in-class game health reporting to our various stakeholders including Studio Leadership, Brand Management, Product Management, etc.

As part of the Studio Data and Insights team, you will collaborate with peers from all over the world (Redwood Shores, Stockholm, Edmonton, Vancouver, etc) and from several other core analytics teams (Analytics Solutions, Data Engineering, Data Platform, Marketing Analytics, etc). You will get experience owning a highly visible and deeply impactful visualization suite from end to end.

The next great EA Game Analyst has:

  • 5 or more years of analytics experience
  • Expert querying ability with multiple tools and large datasets
  • Excellent visualization skills with dashboard creation experience
  • Experience defining actionable data sets and working with execution teams
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams with competing priorities
  • Capable self-management and experience with modern work tracking tools
  • Built long-lasting relationships with non-technical partners
  • Passion for gaming, able to represent multiple audience perspectives
  • Experience working with a Mobile Game Studio or Publisher a plus
