Responsibilities:

  • You will be the lead engineer of Shanghai IT team driving infrastructure projects, supporting and troubleshooting key infrastructures including Linux, storage, Vmware, network, Perforce, AD, server room, etc.
  • Provide escalation support and advice to other team members on various IT technical sectors
  • Work closely with tech teams in studios to provide stable and scalable game dev/QA environments. Help studios to plan for future IT investment that supports business growth
  • Manage local IT projects, and deliver global/regional IT project in the sites
  • Participate in IT management works including project management, procurement, asset management, budget planning, etc.
  • You will extend your support to other EA sites in APAC/EU when needed
  • Develop relationships and communicate with business teams and studios
  • You will report into Site IT Manager, Shanghai

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • We are looking for candidates with experience supporting and troubleshooting Proven experience of deploying, supporting and troubleshooting key infrastructures including Linux, storage, Vmware, Perforce, AD, server room, etc.
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, video conferencing, PC desktop, laptop, Mac, game consoles, meeting room hardware, Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, SCCM, etc.
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills, being global teams
  • Customer-centric mindset, knowing how to respond appropriately in challenging situations
  • Passionate to grow in IT tech areas and willing to take challenges
