As a member of the Mobile Quality Verification team:

• You will participate in a diverse range of projects, from operational to strategic program, in response to EA's needs.
• You will help develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit EA.
• You will conduct initial discovery exercise to unearth pain points, deficiencies, and causes of business problems.
• You will organize and lead requirements gathering sessions to capture processes, user workflows, user stories, data models and current state from internal partners.
• You will evaluate and provide recommendations on solutions to the reported needs by decomposing high-level business and user requirements into well-written, clear documentation and cohesive presentations.
• You are expected to manage expectations and risks throughout a project life cycle.
• You will monitor projects after initial release; prioritize defects, measure and support client service impact, measure performance metrics and help determine enhancement opportunities.
• You will be part of an international team that spans across multiple time zones & be comfortable with that.

Who are you?

• You are a result-oriented person with minimum of 5 years of professional experience performing all aspects of business and enterprise level analysis.
• You have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall, interactive)
• You have professional experience in technology evaluation, assessment and roadmap development.
• You will navigate ambiguity and establish structure and coherence to business problems.
• You will communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds, and be proactive in problem solving.
• You have professional experience with a process mapping tool (eg. Visio, Miro)
• You have a proven track record in completing projects and producing high quality result.

You will stand out if you have:

• Previous working experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using data visualization software packages (eg. PowerBI, Tableau).
• Domain knowledge in data manipulation, processing, and reporting.
• Domain knowledge in QA and software development testing principles.
