We are expanding our Quality Verification Tools team and we need an experienced Software Engineer. As Software Engineer on the Quality Engineering team, you will be a part of helping the studios adopt our technologies to improve the way we work.

In your role as Software Engineer, you will work with a team and depending on requirements, provide a set of varied technical capabilities that can include APIs, web applications, design systems, client applications, and publishing pipelines. You will partner with different disciplines including product, frontend, backend engineers and report to the Technical Director.

You're someone with a track record for:

  • Plan APIs and develop features to meet a product teams requirements
  • Develop web applications including UI features
  • Participated in on-call activities to restore services
  • Identify the technical impact of production/design decisions and surface the trade offs
  • Use your knowledge of software engineering concepts to design tested, reusable, and modular code
  • Knowledgeable with applied use of Machine Learning techniques to help resolve automated decision making problems, and neural-network construction to solve non-research problems
  • Participate in project scoping, planning and design
  • Work with both technical and feature product owners throughout the development process

You also bring the following skills or experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3+ year relevant work experience
  • 3+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer or a Software Developer
  • Expertise in C#, Java, C/C++ or equivalent programming language
  • Experience with Big Data technology like Apache Hadoop, NoSQL, MongoDB.
  • Design REST based APIs that can be accessed securely from web and client applications
  • Development experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS.

On call responsibilities may be required for this role. This position can be remote and require availability within the Pacific Time zone.
